Ann Morgan Kaser leads TerreMarketing with over twenty years of marketing experience in regional malls, downtown projects, openings, expansions, renovations and corporate programs. Kaser's expertise includes properties in major markets such as Atlanta, Miami, West Palm Beach and Phoenix. As regional vice president of marketing for General Growth Properties, Kaser was accountable for up to fifteen key properties in the Eastern U.S. as well as special projects for third party owners. Previously, as marketing director for Forbes/Cohen Properties, she was responsible for The Gardens, a highly visible, upscale regional mall in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Kaser has held similar positions with Simon Property Management, The Prime Group, Equity Properties and Cadillac Fairview US Ltd.
Kaser's municipal experience includes properties in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Cleveland, Ohio and others. She served on the public relations board for the Palm Beach County Convention & Visitors Bureau, and has forged partnerships with civic organizations throughout the United States. Projects include downtown transportation for college students, advertising and promotions involving multiple attractions, and annual downtown events.
Kaser has played key roles in groundbreaking programs including large-scale sponsorships, and strategies to address infiltrating competition. She has created promotional efforts with retailers such as The Disney Store, Warner Brothers Studio Store, California Pizza Kitchen, IMAX, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue and many more.
TerreMarketing's recent projects involve business-to-business marketing and branding of several urban developments in the U.S. These include a redevelopment of Bank of America's global headquarters campus in Charlotte, South Carolina; East 4th Street in downtown Cleveland and a proposed campus retail development at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
TerreMark Partners Inc. and TerreMarketing are headquartered in metro Atlanta. Kaser has a BA in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Georgia. She has been recognized by the shopping center industry for marketing excellence with several awards, and is a Senior Certified Marketing Director, as designated by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
