Richard J. Tunstall, Market Analysis and Research

Richard J. Tunstall has worked with TerreMark Partners on several qualifying markets and is a full-time partner on the Prairie Trail project. Tunstall is principal of Market Analysis and Research, an Atlanta, Georgia consulting practice dedicated to site location analysis aimed at the retail and shopping center development community. Tunstall's main responsibilities include providing sales forecasts and feasibility studies for a variety of retailers, shopping center developers and municipalities. Prior to founding Market Analysis and Research, Tunstall was employed by the Hechinger Company, with responsibilities for site location analysis and market strategy studies. He has also been employed by JMB/Federated Market Research Company, with responsibilities for site evaluation, market, and consumer research, and by CACI Market Analysis division in London, England with responsibilities for demographic analysis, site location analysis, consumer research, and market segmentation studies. He has a MA in geography from the University of Cincinnati, and currently resides in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Jack K. Crews

Jack K. Crews has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, economic development, and real estate development in corporate, government and non-profit organizations.

Over a 14-year period Crews was contracted as an economic development director for two municipalities with responsibilities to implement strategic marketing plans, and to serve as technical and customer liaison between developers, financial institutions and governmental agencies. Crews developed economic incentives assistance agreements including credit support, interest rate subsidies and land acquisitions for economic development, non-profits and corporations.

Crews implemented economic development strategies including central city development, community reinvestment areas, business retention and expansion, research and development parks, technology transfer programs, and small business development center/ business incubation.

One of Crews' responsibilities has been to assist the marketing efforts of each community to create local, state and national awareness of the municipality. He was also instrumental in initiating a banking document which helped to redevelop an urban neighborhood.

Crews served as a project manager for The Ferchill Group, a real estate development company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. As project manager, Crews was responsible for overseeing development, predominantly in the areas of concept, design, budget and construction management. Crews directed the company's retail, mixed-use, and urban entertainment technology projects and oversaw the company's interest with local, state, and federal governmental agencies. During this time he also was a Minority Business Enterprise participant in a Cleveland high technology revitalization project.

Crews is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
